As you will have seen from the e-mails, theORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING the day Tuesday 3 February 2026, 9 pm.

The assembly will take place online on the GOOGLE MEET platform and members will receive the link to participate the day before.

1. Approval of previous minutes
2. Approval of balance sheet year 2026
3. Resolution on membership fees
4. Any other business.
